I understand if you've gotten the wrong bun size, even after using the hair chart. A customer could have altered their hair after the purchase, so to be fair to all other customers and stock inventory, this is why.

If pre-ordered that means I am out of stock, but can still order,and will notify you (via your email/phone number) once you can be ready to receive order.

You can purchase your pre-order knowing it will take longer than a month or more to ship. But it will be in queue.

1. Can I re-route my package to a new address if the order already shipped? By the time the order is shipped you will have to be refunded on your existing order, order again, and enter your desired address.

2. Do you ship on military base? Yes, just please input the correct FPO,AP, etc...
